I'm really late for concluding my goal tracker for the month of August.
Not because I don't have the results but more because I keep thinking that I need time to properly write the post. But then, I actually already had the outline of the post since the first week of September but I procrastinated till today.
Anyway, I was thinking of skipping the post entirely because I didn't complete most of the items in my august goal list. I set the goal before August started but come August, I decided that those goals are not really feasible for me to do on top of my daily routine so I stopped trying to achieve them.
1. Drink at least 1.5L each day
This is the easiest goal to maintain. I've been quite consistent at hitting this.
The only reason why it is here to stay is because I'll stop doing it once it is no longer a goal.
2. Start the day by 7.30AM
I'm trying but on days that I sleep REALLY late, it's hard to get up.
Also, I really need to be waking up the moment my alarm rings instead of lazing on the bed.
3. Reach work by 8.30AM.
O shit I apparently didn't. But I'll continue trying although it doesn't seem like it being on my goal list will motivate me to run to work and reach by 8.30AM.
4. Spending at least 5 minute to stretch everyday by myself.
I think I did it even less cause my August is quite packed with stuffs that I barely had time to properly rest and let my body recover. Hopefully I'll be able to reset in the months to come.
5&6 Spend time to do rotator cuff exercises & Ankle Strengthening exercises
I will try to do them whenever I stretch myself. But I think it's hard when I didn't even do my stretches.

7 & 8. Prepare To-Do-List for the next day. & To-Do-List Progress for the day.
This is literally pointless it's been on my goal for a long time (In different forms) but the result has been the same. I've decided to cut it out of my goal tracker in the month of September.

9. End the day by packing for the next day.
Honestly this is a really good thing to do for a habit. But I seldom do it cause I force shutdown myself every time as it is getting too late to be awake. I'm still gonna keep it in my goal list so that when I'm trying to clear as much goals before the day ends, I know I have one more goal that I could potentially check off the list.
Lastly, Sleeping before 12 is very hard. I've been trying for many years so I decided to fk it and just change it to a more realistic timing. 1AM is more realistic for me. HAHA

With that, my September goals will be.
1. Drink at least 1.5L of water each day (Unchanged)
2. Start the day by 7.30AM (Unchanged)
3. Reach work by 8.30AM (Unchanged)
4. Spend at least 5 minute to stretch every day by myself (Unchanged)
5. Do at least 10 leg lifts on each side (New Addition for my compression goals.)
6. End the day by packing for the next day (Unchanged)
7. Sleep before 1AM (Slight modification)
I think from Sep onwards, I'll cut down time on my hobbies and spend more time to rest my body and try to upgrade myself in terms of learning a new skill or to streamline my life to make it more productive.
