OMG Time flies and December is approaching. :O

Just logged into Blogger and realised that I didn't even post my Goal track since September.
I had a draft with 1 sentence written and then I just deleted it when I see it just now.

Feels like it's a bit pointless reviewing all that when all I probably managed to complete is that I fulfilled my water goals.

Anyway, 
2 week travel to Korea in October which I throw away absolutely every list in my goals.
After that I just came back living the same.

It's been a month since I stopped tracking my goals and doing daily reflection.
Honestly, I think maybe I could keep doing the daily reflection but maybe just be relax about those goals.

There's many things that needs to be fixed and be done in my life.
On top of that, I'm always procrastinating and leaving them for last minute.

I think I'm leaving the mobility / flexibility training to be just within classes instead of bringing it home too. There's simply too much to do and I'm unwilling to find time for it.

It's been awhile since I reach work at 9 or past 9.
while it's not by 8.30AM but at least it's a good improvement from previously.

Just 1 more week and it will be December.

Need to have a plan on what I want to achieve before the start of the new year.
