Hey guys! It's 1st April today and its time for my March Goal Reviews! (Actually just for the last week of March).
1. Drink at least 1.5L of plain water every day
Yes I did it. Actually like what I said, this is actually not very hard if you have a bigass water bottle with you everwhere you go.
2. Start the day by 7.30AM (Reach office by 8.30AM)
I'm trying but I mostly still reach office at 9AM.
3. End the day by packing for the next day
I did this although I am quite reluctant to do it at times.
4. Spend time at the end of the day to schedule for the next day. Make sure items are split into smaller parts so that it is more achieveable. Plan to complete at least 2-3 items a day.
I mainly do this for work. So I didn't continue it during the weekend.
Weekend is supposed to be free and easy. But yes I guess I consider it done.
Last week was slightly more productive due to me scheduling and trying to complete the items.
However, it's PH yesterday and I also went into PH mode. I didn't do the scheduling so today is quite an unproductive day. I guess I'll plan it after this and hopefully have a more productive afternoon.
5. Spend at least 5 minutes to stretch at the start of each day or/and at the end of the day.
Didn't managed to do it every day but I think I did it for 4/7 days.
Just yesterday I realised maybe I should look for full body stretches done while standing up so that lazy ass me don't have to drag out my mat to do them.
Overall, I think I kinda hit most of my goals in this week.
Gonna follow up and continue!
I guess I'm gonna stop updating for goal no.1 cause it's getting kinda boring and I'm already doing it regularly. Maybe I'll mention it in the final review of the year to update you if it has became a habit or that I have dropped it halfway.
It's lunch time now so I'm gonna head off for lunch.
