2026 Goal Review #5
New Month but lets recap my goals and how I fare last month.
- Sleep between 12AM - 1AM every day.
Didn't really happen much this month cause it's birthday month and I've been letting myself go off a bit since I can get up and still go to work despite sleeping later than 1AM.
I partied till late on 31 May as well as 1 June was a public holiday.
Gonna try and stick to this more strictly from today onwards cause I have goals that I want to fulfil.
- Eat a light dinner every day. Aim to eat before 8PM (else eat even lighter)
I didn't exactly track what time I eat dinner. But yes usually before 8pm or no carbs/ less carbs at night if past 8pm. HAHA but the birthday dinners, PH really mess this up for me cause I find myself eating more after 8PM.
Anyway I think I'll stop tracking this goal cause it's a kinda pointless. I can aim to eat before 8PM but its hard to do that since I don't have time to eat before my class and by the time my class ends, it is already past 8PM.
I guess what I really have to do is to track what I eat and don't eat excessive near sleep timings.

- Sort out my digital and physical data and make it accessible.
- For the month of May, sort out my work digital files properly and build a proper directory for them.
I'm kinda guilty for this cause although I set this as a goal but I haven't been doing this.
Cause I don't exactly have time to sort out stuff.

So I think I will give a longer timeline to make this happen. My goal is to complete it by the start of August.
- Read 1 self learning / improvement book every month
Even more guilty for this cause I haven't been reading.
I read a book about muscles lately but it's pretty short and I've yet do a review on it.

(But I was supposed to read 2 books in May since I did not read in April. (I did but I didn't finish the book.)
Despite failing to hit the KPI for my Goals in May, I should actually do better for June.
I'm going to summarize my goals here so it'll be easier for me to copy and paste for Review 6.

Didn't really publish any post other than goal review last month although I actually written some of them and it's just being unpublished.
Oh. I actually drafted the goal review post a few days prior but have not completed writing it.
But I'm not sure whether you will actually get to see the final of all my draft cause usually, I get inspired wrote in the title and some short sentences then I just leave it there.
