02 out of 12!
OMG ! It's almost the end of March but I have not posted my Feb Goal Review.
I'm not very sure if I should do it togetherly since there's only 1 more week left before the end of March.
Anyway lets review February.
February had been a very unproductive month. 因为我好像在放飞自我.
Like I basically heck care all the goals that I have set for myself and only did the one that I guess I kinda have a habit for already.
1. Drink at least 1.5L of plain water every day
Most of the days ! YAY But only cause I now bring a big ass water bottle with me.
On days I don't carry it with me, I also didn't hit the required amount of water. (Weekends Actually Just Sunday :o but I drink a lot of softdrinks :x)
Ok But I think I at least drink half the target.
2. Start the day by 7.30AM
It seems like this is not happening for me. I think trying to reach office by 8.30AM is more realistic although I am also not able to make it happen on some days.
3. End the day by packing for the next day
I did try but it also didn't happen on most days especially on days when I reach home late cause I'm tired AF and can't wait to rest. But I'll be home earlier for the next 3 weeks so, I think I would be doing this more often.
And also, it's been a habit for a long time to pack at last minute. It's really hard to change T^T.
4. Spend time at the end of the day to schedule for the next day. Make sure items are split into smaller parts so that it is more achieveable. Plan to complete at least 2-3 items a day.
I only did this for the first 2 weeks of Feb then I started being lazy. I guess I shall start doing it again and see if I can continue to stick to it.
5. Spend at least 5 minutes to stretch at the start of each day or/and at the end of the day.
Nope. Didn't managed to do it even for a few consecutive days. Shall keep this in mind and remember to do it for the last week of march and the rest of April.
It's late now so let me go and complete no. 3,4 and 5 before going to bed.
The problem is it's 12.41 AM now so I'm not sure whether I can still start the day at 7.30AM.
