5 out of 12

I just realised that the table I made is not very compatible with my website as it could barely be seen as it could not fit within the page. So I'll just summarized my goals and how many days I managed to do what I say I would.

Summary for the month of May:
1. Drink 1.5L water: Very good! 25 out of 31 days! and most of them are on weekends.
It's better than April by 3 days so hopefully I could achieve every day in the future.

2. Start the day at 7.30 or Reach office at 8.30AM.
I think for this goal, is quite hard for me especially with so many holidays in May that cause me to have lack of sleep. I only achieve 5/31 days. I'll do better in the month of June! It's only the first week and I have 3 days where I start at 7.30 or earlier. I'm thinking if I should break this goal into two but judging by the performance from the previous months, I seems like reaching office at 8.30AM is a problem for me even if I start the day early. It just means that I'm really dreading going to work and would rather just stay at home :(. But I got to work :( Thinking if I should try to force myself to sleep before 12am. But these days, I'm trying to sleep earlier than my usual so that I am well rested and can wake up earlier to start the day. I quite enjoy getting up early and starting my day. It feels more productive though I will just procrastinate back afterwards.

 3. Stretch at the start or end of the day. Month of may 19/31. better than April. Based on statistic, it seems like I enjoy doing it in the day instead of the night. But again I think it's just me busy with playing game after a long day at work that I didn't have time to properly stretch after. By the time I am done with my game, it's time for bed. So most of the time, if I miss the morning stretch, it's unlikely that I will complete the goal although I was telling myself that I need to stretch at night. Today, I've miss my morning stretch. HOPEFULLY I continue with my night stretch. Which I think I will cause my body is aching and I need a stretch if not I will feel worse tomorrow.

 4. Spend time to schedule for the day and stick to the plan. OMG This goal hardly moves! I don't really like this. I suck at scheduling. I'm lazy to even find time to schedule. and in the event I did schedule, I hardly stick to the plan. It's hard for me :( For month of may: 6/31. Not much improvement from April. The only thing I can say is at least it's not 0. Now I just need to find a way to make it easier to schedule and follow my plan. Stop the procrastination monkey in my head.

 5. End the day by packing for the next day. Month of may: 9/31. Worse than April but I guess it's because I had to pack for the next day while I'm travelling. But back at home, I don't really have to. Now I need to see how I can get on by improving all this. I see online that someone empties out her bag every single day after she reach home. So that she have to repack her bag everytime she goes out the next day. I want to do that on the night before instead of the actual day itself. but I'm so lazy to do it the night before. Should I change it to packing in the morning? Hmm. Lets leave it to packing the night before. Actually packing the night before has more benefit. Like I can just leave the house with my bag without worrying that I have missed out something. But sometimes, it felt like I didn't need to pack cause everything I need is in my bag already. I guess we'll see how it goes after June to see if we need to change it to something else.

Time passes so fast this year! It's already June! I want to become a better version of myself but again, I love procrastinating so much. Adding on to one more goal, I want to declutter something for my workspace every day so that it is less cluttered and easier for me to find things and hopefully lead to less procrastination. There's so many things I want to do and achieve yet I rather procrastinate :(. Time to go! Hopefully I'll achieve more this month!
