I'm late for the review! But no one cares!

Lets get straight to the point.

1. Drink at least 1.5L Water each day.

29/31. Two days I didn't drink enough

I'm assuming weekend since I'm not always

with my bottle on weekend.



2. Start the day by 7.30AM


10/31. It's really hard even though I have an alarm ringing at 7.15am.

I think that's because I sleep too late and don't feel like I've slept enough to wake up. 

I'm trying to adjust to start sleeping before 12 but it doesn't seem like it is possible :O

3. Reach work by 8.30AM


0/31. This is really hard to change la. 
I mean... no one is pressurizing me to change.

Just that I thought maybe going earlier is bettter.

But FML thats not really happening.


4. Spend at least 5 minute to stretch everyday by myself


17/31. I kinda stopped stretching on the last week of July cause my body is too tired and I don't have enough time to do what I want to do.

But I think I want to start doing that again.




5. Spend time to schedule the day and stick to the plan.

6/31. Scheduling is hard cause I always procrastinate and I'll end up not completing the things I wanted to do within the allocated time slots.

So for the upcoming months, I've decided that I should just come up with a daily to do list and try to complete at least half of them each day.

6. End the day by packing for the next day

13/30. It's hard to pack for the next day especially on the weekdays cause I mostly only go to work on the weekday. 

I typically don't need to take out anything in my bag. Most of the time I just grab my bag and go. If I need to bring something else, I just throw it in the bag and leave.

But lets not deny, repacking the bag has its benefit too!
Like you will find things that you put in the bag that you actually don't need it in the bag and take it out to reduce weight.

7. Spend time to do Rotator Cuff Exercise.


16/31. 

OMG I barely passed this. But I think I'll still try to keep it in so that I can strengthen my rotator cuff. 

Even if I don't do it everyday, at least I still attempted.


Month of August will see new addition and modifications to my list as I add in
1. Spending time to do Ankle Strengthening Exercises.

2. Prepare a To-Do-List for the Next Day

3. To-Do-List Progress for the day

4. Sleep before 12 AM

And also removal of 

Spend time to schedule the day and stick to the plan. (Changing to To-Do-List)

Looks like a lot more things to do.

Which means I have to procrastinate less otherwise I'll not be able to complete all in a day.
