Another goal review after a week?

It's been 1 week after my previous goal review.

I think I should give a quick review to see how I have done in the past 6+ days.

1. Have lighter dinner & eat before 8PM 
2. Sleep before 11PM after finishing my night routine.  
3. Have breakfast
4. Sort out my digital & physical data & make it accessible 
5. Read 1 book every month. 

1. Have lighter dinner & eat before 8PM 
I've been having my dinner light. Oh but I kinda blew it on Wednesday cause my sister invited me for mala after my exercise sesh :X But I didn't eat my normal big portion of mala.
It's late so we both share a small portion of mala.


2. Sleep before 11PM after finishing my night routine.
It's been 6 nights and it's feels like mission impossible for me.
I mean judging from my night activities, I don't think it's possible every day so I put in at least 3 nights a week.

But this goal does motivate me to sleep earlier. 
Like how I would go and lie on my bed at 11:56PM instead of after 12 last night
and how I actually slept before 1AM for the past 6 days.

I think people who have read my goal reviews from a long time ago would find it funny in my previous post when I wrote that I want to aim to sleep before 11PM cause I couldn't even sleep before 12AM for years.

Anyway, lets just keep this ridiculous goal and see if I managed to make it work by the end of the year.
I'm feeling like it's possible but I need to make some changes to my schedule and remove the time I spent doom scrolling on my phone or chatting with friends. 


3. Have breakfast  
Omg this has not happened on any days as well. 
I'm so used to not having breakfast and also because I haven't bought any breakfast items to eat at home :O I should start tomorrow since it's a saturday.

4. Sort out my digital & physical data & make it accessible (previous point 3)
Not much of a progress at current cause I think it's something that could make some progress on a friday night or on weekends.


5. Read 1 book every month.
I am in the middle of reading a ebook that I borrowed from NLB.
But I actually haven't made much progress on it yet.

Oh yes regarding fitness, 
I think I should still keep stretching as my goal cause I need to be flexible to do pole.
And pole dancing makes my body feel old if I don't counter stretch.
So I should put stretching as a daily thing.
I mean I kinda did that last year but honestly, it's very easy to drop something once it stopped being a goal that I need to achieve. 

I think the only thing that I still keep as a habit from last year goal is to drink at least 1.5L of water every day. Which is really hard to not achieve since I lug a 1.5L water bottle around everyday.

Starting the day at 7.30am or earlier is actually really achievable after I started sleeping earlier. 
For the past 4 days, I've been waking up slightly before my alarm clock lately. And decided not to procrastinate on bed.

Honestly, even if I slept late, I always wake up before / at 7.30 when my alarm ring as well.
But I will decide to continue lazing on bed or scroll my phone instead of getting up because I havent had enough of my bed.

Then I ask myself why is it a pattern I couldn't break?
It's because my partner is already up and I subconsciously think that he is in the toilet.
But in actual fact majority of the time, he is not in the toilet.

but then it comes the next question. 
Even if he is in the toilet, must going to the toilet the first thing I do in the morning?
The answer is no. However, that's what I want to be the first thing I do in the morning which is why

After questioning and answering myself, I decided that it's just my brain playing tricks on me to make me stay in bed longer so these days I just get out of bed the moment I'm awake (unless it's too early)

Anyway, I want to find time to revamp this site as well. 
It's been this layout for a long time. I think it's outdated?
