I started watching this drama because of the many Tiktok videos I saw regarding this drama.
It was up till episode 18 when I first watched (On a weekend as well!)
So I literally binged watched the show.
Except for going for a 1 hour make up class, The rest of my saturday is literally spent on watching the show.

But long and behold... The drama is 40 episodes long! FML
It's 2 episode daily (When I saw it) So I thought it's not gonna be long.
But I think it's just 2 episode on the weekends. 
Cause once monday come along, FML it's 1 episode a day.
That's too short! I can't! 

Anyway, I managed to find a release schedule for the show. 

Looks like it's a March Drama cause they arrange it to end in march but the wait feels dam long!
I need to watch 2 episode daily.


Ok Schedule aside,

The drama really have many handsome guys!!!
Even the female actors are so pretty!

I love the story so far. But I heard that in the original novel, it's actually darker than the drama.

Yikes! now it's making me feel like maybe I need to read the original novel :O

All this Cdrama is making me read more novels cause I am interested to find out the development and most importantly, THE UPDATE IS TOO SLOW! I need to know it now!
But I still can't wait for the drama to release the episode cause they probably change some plotlines to fill plot holes in the drama adaptation.

But I tell myself I need to finish my 1 month 1 time study book before I can start reading this novel. 
Anyway there's no rush.

Other than the main leads, 

I really love to see Yu Qianqian and Sui Yuanhuai plot. They look so good together! but then their relationship is really toxic.
Honestly, I hope that both sides can compromise and they will end up being a happy family. 
But this guy is just a PSYCHO who can never be healed. I'm sadddd cause I've seen enough douyin and content online to know that Yu Qianqian ended up poisoning Sui Yuanhuai to his death. Anyway this transmigrated character knows that a red flag can never become a green flag. 

Oh but I love all the douyin reels that they did together. Be it as a couple or the happy family we couldn't get in the drama. (Oh well we technically got a fake happy family scene somewhere)

I want to say the director really pick people who look good together to be couples!
Even the princess and the chief strategist Gongsun Yin looks so good together.
Their relationship is picking up slowly despite the fact that they both like each other because of their status. 

SERIOUSLY JUST GET TOGETHER ALREADY!

Anyway, now my douyin feed is all about the show and lots of videos from the cast member themselves. I want to say this Gongsun Yin actor (Li Qing 李卿) is sooo cute!
I just find him very very good looking in modern clothes and styling.
He has this really nice looking almond shaped face.

But I guess in all the historical drama, almond shaped face is not allowed. :O
In 成何体统 the second male lead Tang Xiaotian (daddi tang) also has an almond shaped face but he's styled to have a longer face that makes him (not as nice to look at).

But this Li Qing is now my eye candy!

Anyway the main lead Zhang Linghe and Tian Xiwei! They look so so good together!
I don't know if I'm going to ship every lead in my future Cdrama that I watch cause for this show and also 成何体统 the leading actor and actress have so much chemistry with each other that I wish that they are dating each other in real life.

Now that I think about it, when I was younger, I also shipped the ML and FL of 步步惊心
Liu Shishi and Wu Qilong and they became real despite their big age gaps.

I guess I'm really gonna ship everyone. :O
Better stop watching those BTS / promotional videos so that I don't fall into the shipper category.
Will be sad when they eventually start dating someone else.

Oh and I have so much love for all the supporting roles. 
But if I have to talk about supporting roles, it's gonna be a super long ass post so I guess I'm just gonna stop here and continue on another day.

I drafted this post on 30 April I was thinking to spend time after to think of how I plan to finish writing everything whether it should be a goal review + summary or just a normal post.  But I didn't.  So here it goes. ;    April has been an eventful month.  The studio that I’ve been going to for fitness is closed as they need to relocate. Hey guys! It's 1st April today and its time for my March Goal Reviews! (Actually just for the last week of March).  1. Drink at least 1.5L of plain water every day Yes I did it. Actually like what I said, this is actually not very hard if you have a bigass water bottle with you everwhere you go.  2. Start the day by 7.30AM (Reach office by 8.30AM) I'm trying but I mostly still reach office at 9AM. 3. End the day by packing for the next day I did this although I am quite reluctant to do it at times.  4. Spend time at the end of the day to schedule for the next day. Make sure items are split into smaller parts so that it is more achieveable. Plan to complete at least 2-3 items a day. I mainly do this for work. So I didn't continue it during the weekend.  Weekend is supposed to be free and easy. I just realised that the table I made is not very compatible with my website as it could barely be seen as it could not fit within the page. So I'll just summarized my goals and how many days I managed to do what I say I would.   Summary for the month of May:  1. Drink 1.5L water: Very good! 25 out of 31 days! and most of them are on weekends.  It's better than April by 3 days so hopefully I could achieve every day in the future. 2. Start the day at 7.30 or Reach office at 8.30AM.  I think for this goal, is quite hard for me especially with so many holidays in May that cause me to have lack of sleep. I only achieve 5/31 days. I'll do better in the month of June! It's only the first week and I have 3 days where I start at 7.30 or earlier. I'm thinking if I should break this goal into two but judging by the performance from the previous months, I seems like reaching office at 8.30AM is a problem for me even if I start the day early.
