Understanding our muscles by Lucy Beevor
Rating: 3/5 (Good introductory reference)
If you're looking for an easy, highly visual entry point into human anatomy, this is a solid pick. It keeps things simple and relies heavily on diagrams and pictures rather than dense scientific text.
Its is packed with clear pictures and illustrations that will help you visually map out where the different muscle groups sits.
The information they give is quite basic and are for common muscles that we use in our daily life.
It's good for beginners who knows nothing about muscle anatomy or just want a quick visual refresher. However not so good for people hardcore into fitness.
