It's the time of the month again for the monthly goal reviews.
I
t seems like I've slacked much more this month.
But having a goal means something gets done at least?
On another note, I've upgraded to using google forms linked to google sheet instead of google sheet so that it's less hassle free to do the collation.But actually I don't really need it to be linked to a google sheet since I could actually track them from the responses in google form directly.
To be honest, it's actually really good cause I can just track the statistic there.
Lets review the stats together and you can see what I mean. (But you also need to know what you want to track and put up the questions properly.)
27 says out of 30 days! I'm slowly getting the hang of trying to get the minimum intake of water into my system. There is 1 day out of the 3 days where I really don't think I could drink more water. I drink too much soft drinks!
I had a new water bottle I bought from PinDuoDuo which I love it so much!
It's slimmer than my previous bottle, making it a easier fit into my bag. (In fact most bags)
It also comes with a sturdy rubber hook so that I could hook it with a carabiner and to my bag if I happen to bring a smaller bag and couldn't fit the bottle in.

There's a lot of other comments which I think is my mistake. I have revamped the form so that it's easier for next month review.
Anyway, I only managed to achieve it 12/30 days.

I try to wake up at 7.30AM so that I could get ready to go to work early but it seems like I actually need to set my alarm earlier in order for me to get to work by 8.30am since I take a lot of time trying to get my body out of bed and actually getting ready for work.
3rd Goal: Spend at least 5 minute to stretch everyday

But I should. Stretches in class for warm up shouldn't count cause my body feels wonky afterwards and I should actually stretch to cool down. However, I will consider me fulfilling my goal if I attended a stretch class. (Since it is mainly stretches)
I think I love doing stretches in the morning cause it make me feel good. But it also make me late for work. It means I need to wake up even earlier than 7.30AM but my sleep time does not allow me to wake up earlier than 7.30AM every day.

5th Goal: End the day by packing for the next day

It's a few more days more than the previous months.
It seems like I was diligent at packing at the start of the month but as the day passes, I've just stopped doing it all together.
I didn't do it yesterday although its the start of the new month.
OK I'm gonna do it tonight though! But I literally don't have much things to pack since I just bring the same things back and forth work every day.
It's only now that I've review and looked at the responses out of my google form tracker.
I realised that there's a lot of things to brush up in the form.
I spent a bit of time yesterday to look through and update the form so that the options are easy to select and I could not insert any excuses. If I do means I did it. If I didn't do means I didn't do :o

Previously I had some of them as check boxes so I could select more than one.

It causes so many options to come out and kinda fk up the reading of the stats.
It should be simpler and easy to analyze at the end of the month.
Now that I'm looking at the form again, I think I can further simplify one option.
I've also added a paragraph answer for anything about the day so that I can reflect and record the happenings of the day. (I have it on my previous form but the response is only for my eyes XD).
But that means you really have to do the form before you sleep or the first thing you wake up in the morning since it's now like a goal review + journaling thing.

I'm adding another goal for the rest of the year and that's doing rotator cuff exercises cause my rotator cuff have not been well for a really long time. I hope it can go back to normal before I injured it but it seems like I need to regularly do exercises (to rehab). Make sure me going to pole and pilates classes doesn't make the injury worse (Sometimes it does but I'll try cause I dont want to stop the classes)
Hopefully I'll feel stronger by the end of the year.
PS: I only just noticed that there was something wrong with my post formatting last month so I've amended it to make it more pleasing to the eye.
