I'm supposed to be studying but my SO parents were watching this Netflix drama on the TV. Since the study room and living room is so close, I'm distracted and decided I should just watch the series with them. Speaking of which, it's strange because my SO is usually not very interested in a drama series but he sat down and watched with ALL of us.  In between, we had to translate the show to my SO since he could not read Chinese! (We were watching using Chinese Subtitles) Anyway, my SO parents stopped watching after 3 episodes as it was late and they had to sleep. I thought I should finally start to study. But it's already late and my mind is all focused on wanting to watch the series until the latest episode.  So that is apparently what I did while playing game.[Hence I did not even start studying] Slept late too and end up being like a zombie the next day. Today is a Friday! Which means that I am almost at the end of my recess week ☹️ The problem is that I am supposed to be studying in my recess week but I have not done any studying. Next week will be week 8 of school but my brain only have week 1 contents. The problem is, I don’t even think the content I have of week 1 is complete. I still have assignments yet to be done ☹️ Sometimes, I feel like I should give up on pursuing the degree. But many people told me to hang on since I have already started on it. At this point, I don’t have a choice but to reduce the time I spend playing games since I really can’t afford to continue failing my modules else I might not be able to hit the graduation criteria. Despite spending less time on games this week, I’ve been spending more time on my SO and also building up a workspace for my life using Notion.
