Last year I learnt that it is best to keep doors closed when you don't know what will be discussed This year I learnt that it is better to know it on the spot instead of later. Just learnt a pretty smart method of goal setting from a trainer who came to our office. Specify Measurable Achievable Relevant Time-bound / Tracking Boss wanted all of us to set a goal for ourselves before we can leave work so I had to think of one really smart goal related to work before I can leave. After thinking for some time, I told him my goal is to set up a Tracking system for my department by March which I think it is achievable if work does not continue to pile up... But it will T.T Speaking of goals, we should probably try to set a few goals to complete this year 1. Plan a short trip / staycation with my partner before May this year 2. 每个月要主动带伴侣出门一次 3. I think really hard about what to post nowadays. I mean I really want to write about something But I got no idea what to write about. There is so many things that happened in one day. Mostly in work since I spent most of my time at work? 7-8 hours of sleep (sometimes even less) 8 hours working 1 hour lunch break What happened to the other 7 hours of the day?! 1 hour for dinner half an hour for shower Half an hour for traveling to and fro work (If I'm staying at my partners place) *It will become 2 hours if I go back to stay with my parents every day* I still have 5 hrs ! (or 3 hours if I go back home) So, whatever happened to the 5 hours ! Did I really spent all that time lazing around, Playing games and reading novels?! Unbelievable! Gonna make better use of my time now. (Oh I think I also spend some time OT-ing at work damn!) Many things at work not yet settled. Have to really work hard to settle them. 2019 is here!!! Nothing much have changed except for the date and our age. H aven't really spend time alone at home for a long time A pparently, I didn't really complete what I have planned in mine for today P layed on my Violin then P layed Royal Chaos. Kept on falling back to sleep on the bed while playing Y et to do any of the other things I have planned beforehand and time is already running out. N o problem. I can always delay and push it to the next day. E lse I can just decide to not do it all together. W hite fabric stained red. Excuse for being lazy.
