Month of August
I'm really late for concluding my goal tracker for the month of August. Not because I don't have the results but more because I keep thinking that I need time to properly write the post. But then, I actually already had the outline of the post since the first week of September but I procrastinated till today. Anyway, I was thinking of skipping the post entirely because I didn't complete most of the items in my august goal list. I set the goal before August started but come August, I decided that those goals are not really feasible for me to do on top of my daily routine so I stopped trying to achieve them. 1. Drink at least 1.5L each day This is the easiest goal to maintain. I've been quite consistent at hitting this. The only reason why it is here to stay is because I'll stop doing it once it is no longer a goal. 2. Start the day by 7.30AM I'm trying but on days that I sleep REALLY late, it's hard to get up. Also, I really need to be waking up the moment...
