First Goal Review of 2026.

It's been awhile since my 2026 resolution post and 2 months have came to an end. I thought I would just do a summary of whether I've achieved anything Quick summary: No. Long breakdown below; 1. Mindful eating Not really. It's tough cause I really love eating. And I cannot stand to waste perfectly good food so if there is a big portion I will still eat to the best of my abilities. Ate so much during the CNY. Had so much abalone and I love it. Anyway I'm thinking that maybe I should start eating dinner earlier and start eating breakfast. So, let us start with trying to adjust that. 2. 1 core based session and 1 pole practice on my own every week. Honestly, This haven't been happening. Due to many reasons but mainly it's just that I'm plain lazy. and also I've decided that fitness is probably not what I want to focus on lately.
