Friday !

OMG GUYS !

It is finally Friday !
Today is such a short work day for me as I practically just went out for the whole afternoon.... Which means that I'll have a lot of catching up to do afterwards.

Well, but the trip out is worthwhile la. Not really a waste of my time.
Getto know new people and also got more ideas on how to do my work.
Shared some ideas and comments I have and also get feedback on how work should be done...

I think I did mention some sensitive stuff. Not sure how it will come and bite me afterwards but then I think it shouldn't be that bad right ?

Is now in school cause my manager drop me off at school after the meeting.
It's not really my first time being early to class but it isreally one of the rare times.
Didn't know that I will have time to write a blog post while I am not at home otherwise I would have brought along my keyboard.

I will be having an open book test later which I am not sure if I will be able to pass it or not. There is too much things to study for and follow up this sem which I havent really got a chance to get it all done.

Gonna charge up my energy and chiong all my work stuff tomorrow.
Then get my partner to teach me how to draw isometric drawing before my test next week.

I don't even know what is wrong with me. On usual days, I really dont feel like working at all. But whenever the weekends are here, I suddenly got the charge to do work. Weird isn't it ?

But then seriously, Saturdays are usually too short for me to do many things.
I probably will give in to the temptation to just end work at ard 1 - 2pm and head home.

Need to map out what to do and proceed with them strictly.
Having a plan is always better than having no plans at all.
Speaking of which, I think up till now I havent really fulfil my promise to be more diligent and do self revision for my studies (previously made if I pass my first semester).

1 and a half months left before my first paper.
Is it too late to start now ?
I don't think so but then it will really be too late if I keep on procrastinating.
Furthermore, I should be better at my job after taking this course but I am not.
(Cause I'm always late for class and I don't really bother to listen in class)
That is what typical youngsters in Singapore do....
Really need to change a mindset.

Class is starting soon and I've got to study through my notes before the test although it is an open book test

Ps:/ Never again am I going to write another post using my tablet when I am without my keyboard. My wrist hurts from trying to type on the tablet.
Gonna stick to using my smartphone when similar situations arises.

2 Weeks left before Circuit Breaker Period is over

Only 2 weeks left before the circuit breaker period is over. Although I really enjoyed my time during this circuit breaker playing games and goofing around, But looking at the situation, I have got no choice but to start catching up with what I've missed while goofing around. A second extension seem unlikely at this conjunction. Despite still having 600 over new cases tested in the dormitory, the number of cases in the community is quite low. (OR JUST THAT WE ARE ALL NOT TESTED) That means that if everyone follow safe distancing and ensure personal hygiene, it should be safe for people to head out. Furthermore, some of the sectors are already opened for business. Which means that if there is no sudden surge of cases in the local community,  there is no need for further extension. As we are expecting no extension, it is time for us to start working hard to catch up on whatever we have left off while goofing off (Only applies if you are like me). Forgetful :(

Too forgetful lately. Previously I left my wallet in school. Luckily someone returned it to the office and I managed to get it back. Otherwise I would have lost $300 just to get my IC replaced. Went out for surveying with my colleagues today. Took out my tablet for photo taking and recording of notes and then my colleague asked me to help shine torchlight (using phone) at where he wanted to take photo. (To get a nicer photo) Then I totally just put down my tablet on the nearest table and forget about it there! It was until after I left the place, board a taxi, sat down and decide to take a look of the photos taken then I realised that my tablet was missing! Spent the whole journey trying to recall where I left it. My colleague deduced the correct location though my colleague claim to not see me use my tablet when we were there. Apparently after we got back and have lunch and flip through the photos my colleague took, there was a photo of me using my tablet at the room...

Procrastination :O

It seems like it's pretty hard for me to stick to the goals I have set due to me always procrastinating. I am always giving in to the monkey in my head. The battle against the need for instant gratification is real.  I want to reap the results but I don't really want to work for it :(.  While it doesn't sound fair but then that's what it is. Right now, I really just want to work on finding a system that will work for me at home and at work so that I can become more productive, organized and actually gives great output instead of wasting precious time on things that does not matter as much. Work has been hectic as there is a lot of things to handle right now. Yet I still find time to procrastinate whenever I get small and little things done. I think that should not be the case cause the project needs to be completed by November and we are still trying to figure out what is happening.
