(December) Goal review 1/4
13 days has passed since I first set my goal for month of December.
Since I didn't specify what I should study during each study session + it's vacation, I think I am just going to cheat myself and say that I've studied since I've learnt something new.
I should have reflected on it last week but I didn't have time to do it.
Hopefully, I would have time to reflect on my second week on Wednesday.
I was really excited about trying to achieve my goals that I made an excel sheet and update on the excel sheet daily to mark out the outcomes so that I wont forget. There are some goals which I just couldn't get it done and I think I will reduce the target so that it is at least achievable for a lazy bum like me.
Summary of week 1.
As you can see from the table, I've only completed my workout goals.
Lets talk about the individual goals for week 1 :D
Sleep goals:
This goal is really hard for me since I usually sleep close to 2am on weekdays and 4am at weekends. I have to make compromise on the time I spent in game talking to people and complete my game in time so that I can off the game before 12am.
I don't really think this goal is achievable after living through 1 week trying to achieve the goal. However this goal actually helps me sleep earlier than previously although I am unable to achieve them yet. Hopefully I can adjust my schedule so that I can finally achieve this goal!
Workout goals
Working out is easier to complete for me since I had done it daily before Circuit Breaker.
I stopped during Circuit breaker to spend time on my game :-(.
I would have a great body if I didn't stopped. :-O

Did a different workout from what I was during previously.
1 Dec: I did it before I go to work. But I was running late so I followed the video until the 8 minute + mark. I wasn't really sure if I can consider it as goal completed. But my whole body ache the next day so I'm going to consider it as goal completed.
3 Dec: My body still hurts in the morning when I planned my workout so I decided to do it on another day. However I still did 10 jumping jacks + 30 squads at night (I don't consider it as a workout hence it does not contribute to the goal.
5 Dec: I followed through the video and completed the workout as I was waiting for my turn to use the toilet after reaching back home. Took rest during the superman sets as I wasn't really feeling like a superman. Slacked a little during mountain climber because it's hardddddd!
Study Goals
I didn't have motivation to study and it's vacation so I thought I can skip it.
But I still think that it is good to be around so that by some miracle I stopped procrastinating and decide to work on it.

5 Dec: I didn't exactly study actually but I watched a few video on procrastination and how to better schedule and use google calendars. I then went to watched videos on how to study effectively.
I think this goal is too unachievable so I'm going to change it to
spend at least 30 minutes studying twice a week.
Plan out the next day before going to bed.
It's easy to randomly plan what you gonna do for the next day but it's hard to follow the plan since I really love to procrastinate.
Most of the time, I planned the schedule but I didn't follow it at all.
I think I want to drop this goal cause it is pointless if I don't follow the schedule
But then again, if I don't do it, I will not even start :O

Not sure if I should still continue doing it.
I think I shouldn't but I should still try... Tough choice.

(Seems like I didn't do throughout second week. But I should continue to do it :O)
That's all for my goal review (Cause I spent too much time on this blog post :O)
