(December) Goal review 2,3,4/4

Oh no! I wanted to do a weekly review but I ended up procrastinating for so long.

I initially wrote the post on Microsoft word but I did not publish it since I did not write it while I am at home.

I'm going to just paste it here so you can tell how long I've been procrastinating to post it. 

And the thing is I just had login, open the file, select all, copy, paste into blogger and hit post.

Anyway, let me proceed with the post which I should have posted close to 2 months ago.

The first month of the year is almost gone and I have not completed my review for December 2021 goals!

Naturally this means that I obviously didn’t complete much since I am such a procrastinator.

Let’s look at the table I have done to see how bad I have done to sticking to my goals.
Will explain what happened after the table.

From the table, it is obvious that I have not even touched on my goal for studying. Studying takes so much motivation and I’m always just motivated to play. I think I really need to reduce a lot of gaming time in order to find time to start studying.

Now that school have started, I have to force myself to start studying. :’(

It’s the second week of school but I have yet to really study. I did watch a lecture last week though. But that’s all about it. No notes or anything. :(

As for my sleeping goal, I have failed quite miserably but I had slept earlier and have longer sleep compared to before December. I think it is generally quite hard for me to sleep before 12 since I am so good at procrastinating that I haven’t even completed what I wanted to complete before 12.

I will still try to sleep before 12 but if it is not possible, then I don’t think I will force myself.

As for the goal to plan out each day before bed, I think it does put me in track of what are the things that needs to be done for the day. But when that monkey in my brain is up, the plan is voided. :(

I try my best to stick to the plan so I’m getting more things done these days.
Then again, it doesn’t matter whether I plan it in the morning or at night so, I decided that I will continue to plan either at night or in the morning. (As of now, I’m trying to find another calendar that can sync to my google calendar so that I can display my breakdown calendar and my main calendar. :O I think if my phone is able to display breakdown calendar, then I will be more productive.

And last but not least, my exercise goal! For the whole month, it seems like only the exercise goal has been practiced and completed. (Twice a week). I mean exercising is something once you get the momentum, you will continue to keep doing it.

Anyway, now that January is here. Did I continue with my 2021 December goals?

I mean I still want to continue them but apparently, I didn’t quite complete them in December as well.

I have missed my exercise goal for 2 weeks because I went for vaccination on 31 December 2021. And it was advised not to do exercise for 2 weeks. I’m not sure whether workout is part of it so I stopped doing it.

In my original word file, I also included Goal settings for 2022.

But it seemed that I did not really work towards the goal and have not achieve any of them although a month have already passed since I saved the word file.

So I will be reviewing those goals and see which goals I should set for my goals for 2022.

Oh well, but that is a post for later.
