Hello 2025! Goal Recap & Goal Settings
New Year New Old Me!
Hoping to become a better me in the year 2025!
First post of 2025 after the 2024.
Do we need any recap for 2024?
I think yes. It's time for the goal recap and let me list the 4 which I have written on the previous post.
Action done and whether I achieve those goals will be in red but honestly, I didn't think I did cause I wrote it and forgot about it.
1. Finish up all the work I've been procrastinating on.
As a serial procrastinator, I think this is literally impossible.
I did try to complete a few things as soon as possible but my backlog still exist.
2. Spend time to reorganize the space I have at home.
[3 Areas I think I could get it to work before the end of the year]
Targeted Area
- Kitchen
- Wardrobe
- Study
Basically, I did try to clear all 3 areas but it is still not to my satisfaction. Kitchen is still a tough place I need to tackle. But I think I'm almost done with the study room.
Wardrobe side still need lots of improvements!
3. Killing Hard Heretic Hilla in MapleSEA.
The only reason why I set this as a goal is because I need it to liberate but I got my friend to help me kill with my account so.... I technically didn't achieve the goal but I did complete the quest and got my weapon xD
4. Actively do Physio for my legs and shoulder.
Didn't actively do but I guess I'm just building my strength for it through classes instead of doing it alone.
On to the next thing ! Goal Setting for 2025!
I want to create good habits which I will follow through and hopefully keep it for the rest of my life.
But lets just see how long I can do it and I really do need to monitor my progress consistently :O
1. Drink at least 2L of PLAIN water
2. Start the day by 7.15AM
3. End the day by packing for the next day
4. Spend time at the end of the day to schedule for the next day and stick to the plan. (Probably 10minutes)
5. Spend at least 10minutes to stretch at the start of each day or/and at the end of each day.
The goals seems really simple but then it's actually kinda hard for me cause it means that
1. I need to carry around a big ass waterbottle.
2. I need to sleep earlier every night
3. I need to cut down time on my leisure time before sleeping.
4. Got to spend time to actually plan and schedule it.
5. this will take at least 10minutes.
And they mostly involves time so it means I have to play less games & watch less videos. :(
Anyway, I think I will be writing more so that I can check in on my goals and not forget about them.
FYI, I'm only just setting these goals TODAY. and while I only start my day at 8AM today but I plan to complete the rest of the goals today. I'm at the halfway mark for item 1 now.
Can't wait to see how 2025 unravel.
Meanwhile I think I'll be taking time to get my house reorganized on the areas which I mentioned previously. Hopefully by March I will be done with it.
